YOUTH STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Learn to move with a purpose! Our kids play sports at a high level than ever before, and their schedules are packed. Give them time for proper strength training: not only do we teach mechanics, we master them. We’ve created a program to educate youth athletes on how to move efficiently and focus on preventing injury. They will leave our turf feeling stronger and durable enough to meet the demands of their sport!

Compression Therapy

Compression therapy is a clinically proven method to increase circulation, reduce soreness, and help athletes perform at their best every day. Come chill out in zero gravity chairs while our Normatec boots work their magic.


PRIVATE TRAINING

Our private training provides a personalized, results-driven program. We take our new clients through a thorough movement assessment to learn strengths, weaknesses, and start forming individualized strategies. From there, we create a program that is tailored to you and your goals. Don’t let busy schedules hold you back: we will work with the time you have, and our attention to detail will get you there. Let’s make it happen!

Two Times per Week: $600 ($75/session)

Three Times per Week: $840 ($70/session)

SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING (2-4 people)
