Where do I park and how do I find you?
You may park anywhere in the building's lot. Please ignore the NO PARKING signs.
Follow the sidewalk around the left side of the building and you'll see us!
HOW LONG ARE TRAINING SESSIONS? MAY I TRAIN MORE THAN ONCE A DAY?
Sessions are approximately one hour (Sweat) or 45 minutes (Sweat Quickie), including the warm up and stretch/cool down. We do limit training to one (1) class/day to allow your body to rest and recover properly.
IS sweat FOR ANYONE?
Yes! From the competitive athlete, to the avid fitness enthusiast interested in cross training or changing their fitness routine, to the novice focused on becoming healthier, SWEAT will challenge your mind and body, safely and effectively.
MAY I PARTICIPATE IF I’M PREGNANT?
Yes, but since you are partaking in extremely intense physical activity, please consult with your physician beforehand for a professional opinion. Please also inform your Coaches prior to the start of class so they can monitor your training and advise accordingly.
DO YOU OFFER CHILDCARE?
No. Unfortunately, we don’t.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE LIMIT?
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our regularly scheduled classes. Clients under the age of 18 may be considered on a case-by-case basis and must have a legal parent or guardian present upon check-in.
